Elmira Sign Co. – Ma’s Cheesy Dreams $25 Gift Card Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Elmira Sign Co. – Ma’s Cheesy Dreams $25 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elmira Sign Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2023, at 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and ends on May 29, 2023, at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (the “Entry Period”).
How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Like the Elmira Sign Co. Facebook page at facebook.com/elmirasigns.
- Like the Giveaway post on the Elmira Sign Co. Facebook page.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post who would love to enjoy Ma’s Cheesy Dreams cheesecake.
- Visit the Elmira Sign Co. website at www.elmirasigns.com and locate the Giveaway official rules page.
Limit: Participants may enter the Giveaway multiple times by tagging different friends in the comments of the Giveaway post. However, only one entry per person will be eligible to win.
Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on June 1, 2023, on the Elmira Sign Co. Facebook page. The potential winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time period or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize: The winner will receive a $25 gift card to Ma’s Cheesy Dreams. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set by Ma’s Cheesy Dreams. No cash or other substitutions are permitted. The prize is non-transferable.
Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Elmira Sign Co. the right to use their name, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
General Conditions: Elmira Sign Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Elmira Sign Co. in its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability: Elmira Sign Co. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Elmira Sign Co.’s privacy policy.
Sponsor: The Elmira Sign Co. – Ma’s Cheesy Dreams $25 Gift Card Giveaway is sponsored by Elmira Sign Co., located at [Address]. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Ma’s Cheesy Dreams.
